Meditation is something you can do anywhere, anytime. I like to find a quiet corner at airports when I’m traveling, sometimes to roll out my mat if I have time, or to just sit in silence. I have a meditation app on my phone called Peace Alarm that’s great; it sets a timer for you and you can choose nature sounds or Tibetan bells to keep you focused and to just let you know when the time is up. People might look at you like you’re weird but you’ll have a much bigger chance of a stress free day so who cares? I once practiced behind a gate at Miami airport and people randomly started joining me until we actually had a real class going! Yoga united. Make your well being your priority and do what you have to do to feel good🙏
